This is primarily technical data (e.g., internet browser, operating system, or the time the page was accessed). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.
What do we use your data for?
Part of the data is collected to ensure the website is provided without errors. Other data may be used to analyze your user behavior.

You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given your consent to data processing, you can withdraw this consent at any time for the future. Furthermore, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. You can contact us at any time regarding this and other questions on the subject of data protection.
2. Hosting
WIX
We host our website with Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel (hereinafter "WIX").
WIX is a tool for creating and hosting websites. When you visit our website, WIX analyzes user behavior, visitor sources, the region of website visitors, and the number of visitors. WIX stores cookies in your browser, which are necessary for the website's presentation and to ensure security (necessary cookies).
Data collected by WIX may be stored on various servers worldwide. The servers of WIX are, among others, located in the USA. For details, see the WIX privacy policy: https://de.wix.com/about/privacy.
Data transfer to the USA and other third countries is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or comparable safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR. Details can be found here: https://de.wix.com/about/privacy-dpa-users.
The use of WIX is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable presentation of our website. If corresponding consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user’s device (e.g., device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. The consent can be revoked at any time.
Data Processing Agreement
We have entered into a data processing agreement (DPA) with the above-mentioned provider. This is a legally required contract that ensures that they process the personal data of our website visitors only according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
3. General Information and Mandatory Information
Privacy
The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
When you use this website, various personal data will be collected. Personal data is data with which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens. We point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., communication by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.
Notice Regarding the Responsible Party
The responsible party for data processing on this website is:
klimahelden Support LLC
Christoph Pfeiffer
66 West Flagler Street
Suite 900 - #9097
Miami, FL 33130
Phone: +49 (0) 1579 248 28 94
Email: info@klimahelden-support.com
The responsible party is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g., names, email addresses, etc.).
Storage Duration
Unless a specific storage period has been stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. If you make a legitimate request for deletion or withdraw your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted, provided we have no other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g., tax or commercial retention periods); in the latter case, deletion occurs after these reasons cease to exist.
General Information on the Legal Basis for Data Processing on This Website
If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR or Art. 9 (2) lit. a GDPR, provided that special categories of data according to Art. 9 (1) GDPR are processed. In the event of explicit consent to the transfer of personal data to third countries, data processing is also based on Art. § 49 (1) lit. a GDPR. If you have consented to the storage of cookies or access to information on your device (e.g., via device fingerprinting), data processing is additionally based on § 25 (1) TTDSG. The consent is revocable at any time. If your data is required for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures, we process your data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Furthermore, we process your data if this is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation based on Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR. Data processing may also be carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The relevant legal bases for each specific data processing operation will be explained in the following paragraphs of this privacy policy.
Note on Data Transfer to the USA and Other Third Countries
We use tools from companies based in the USA or other countries that are not secure under data protection law. When these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to these third countries and processed there. We point out that no comparable level of data protection as in the EU can be guaranteed in these countries.
For example, US companies are obligated to hand over personal data to security authorities without you, as the affected party, being able to take legal action against this. It cannot, therefore, be ruled out that US authorities (e.g., intelligence services) process, evaluate, and permanently store your data located on US servers for monitoring purposes. We have no influence on these processing activities.
Withdrawal of Your Consent to Data Processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke an already given consent at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to Object to Data Collection in Special Cases and to Direct Marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
If data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. e or f GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this privacy policy. If you object, we will no longer process your affected personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights, and freedoms or the processing serves the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims (objection under Art. 21 (1) GDPR).
If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is associated with such direct advertising. If you object, your personal data will no longer be used for direct marketing purposes (objection under Art. 21 (2) GDPR).
Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Competent Supervisory Authority
In the event of breaches of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the member state of their habitual residence, workplace, or the location of the alleged infringement. The right to lodge a complaint exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to have data that we process based on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract automatically delivered to yourself or to a third party in a standard, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another responsible party, this will only be done to the extent technically feasible.
Information, Deletion, and Correction
Within the scope of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right to request information at any time about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient, and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, the right to correct or delete this data. For this purpose, as well as for other questions regarding personal data, you can contact us at any time.
Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time for this purpose. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:
-
If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we generally need time to verify this. For the duration of the verification, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data.
-
If the processing of your personal data happened/is happening unlawfully, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
-
If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend, or establish legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
-
If you have filed an objection pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR, a balance must be struck between your and our interests. As long as it is not yet clear whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data—aside from being stored—may only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of an important public interest of the European Union or a member state.
SSL or TLS Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
4. Data Collection on This Website
Cookies
Our internet pages use so-called "cookies." Cookies are small text files and do not harm your device. They are either temporarily stored for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) stored on your device. Session cookies are automatically deleted after your visit ends. Permanent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or until they are automatically deleted by your web browser. In some cases, cookies from third-party companies may also be stored on your device when you enter our site (third-party cookies). These enable us or you to use certain services provided by the third-party company (e.g., cookies for processing payment services). Cookies have different functions. Many cookies are technically necessary as certain website functions would not work without them (e.g., the shopping cart function or the display of videos). Other cookies serve to analyze user behavior or display advertising.
Cookies that are necessary for carrying out the electronic communication process, for providing certain functions you have requested (e.g., for the shopping cart function), or for optimizing the website (e.g., cookies for measuring web audience) are stored based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing necessary cookies to ensure the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. If consent to store cookies and similar recognition technologies has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of this consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG); the consent is revocable at any time.
You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally, and to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.
As far as cookies from third-party companies or for analysis purposes are used, we will inform you about this within this privacy policy and, if necessary, request your consent.

-
Time of the server request
-

This data is not merged with other data sources. This data is collected based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of their website—this requires the recording of server log files.
Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR if your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR), if this has been requested; the consent is revocable at any time.
The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions—especially retention periods—remain unaffected.
Inquiry by Email, Telephone, or Fax
If you contact us by email, telephone, or fax, your inquiry, including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR if your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR) if this has been requested; the consent is revocable at any time.
The data you send to us via contact inquiries remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Data Processing
For communication with our customers, we use online conferencing tools, among others. The tools we use are listed below. If you communicate with us via video or audio conference via the internet, your personal data will be collected and processed by us and the provider of the respective conferencing tool.
